Antique Metal Water Pot

This object is an antique metal water pot, often referred to as a "Matka" or "Matki" in South Asia. These vessels were traditionally handcrafted from hand-beaten metal sheets (typically iron, zinc, or brass) and joined using visible rivets.

This incredible piece can be reimagined into a vase or statement piece adorning any shelf. The history in this piece creates so much magic.
